Working closely with managers and their teams, along with any client learning and development resource; we help to develop a clear shared understanding.
There are many ways to understand more about, for example; the vision, mission and values, strategic objectives, operational objectives, team needs and individual needs. At the Mudd Partnership we welcome the opportunity to undertake research in partnership with our clients. Our research has included:
- the approach taken by a Health Board and it’s partner Local Authorities to the adoption of an outcomes based approach to the the delivery of community care services and made recommendations for improvements
- the business case for the development of frontline leadership and management provision across Scotland for a Special Health Board’s frontline leaders and managers
- a benefits anlaysis of data sharing across partners in a Health Board area
