Individual Excellence

An important strand of our business is providing one-to-one support. We offer this through Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching, Mentoring and Personal and Professional Coaching and Career Support.

We provide these services to individuals, as well as working within teams and organsations to develop, build and deliver these skills.

With individuals we meet for a set number of sessions to work towards agreed goals. These meetings are confidential and take place in a mutually convenient location.

To build coaching capacity within organisations we work with internal teams to increase their understanding of what coaching is and it’s real value; to develop internal approaches to implementing a coaching approach; & we can also provide training to develop & effectively use coaching skills.

The Mudd Partnership’s approach to Coaching is non-directive and is supported by a range of established tools, techniques and approaches that stretch and challenge in the safety of a development setting, through listening, asking questions and working together – For a full list see Products & Services. Our goal is to unlock an individual’s potential to maximise their performance. Whilst our wider experience enables us to provide insights into how to effectively tackle the challenges facing our leaders and managers working into today’s complex world.

We have also noticed that there is an increasing recognition of the value of mentoring amongst individuals and organizations as it allows for the sharing and capture of knowledge and experience, for smoother transitions between jobs and supports learning. The mentor facilitates personal and professional growth in an individual through the sharing knowledge and insights learned over the years. In addition, the reflection and the application of the approach when working with the mentee' provide a learning opportunity for the mentor. The Mudd Partnership offers support and guidance for organisations and teams to understand what mentoring is, as well as its possible uses and value & to develop and implement mentoring schemes. We also provide mentoring skills training.
