The use of this tool provides information on an individual from a number of sources. This gives managers and individuals better information about skills and performance, and working relationships.
Jane is accredited in the ASSESS Systems 360 tool, the Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory and the NHS 360 degree tool. Jane can carry out and feedback on 360 feedback to both individuals and groups. In addition Jane works with a range of Associates who can provide feedback using different 360 tools.
In 360 feedback, normally up to 12 people fill in questionnaires describing the individual’s performance. Often the individual fills in a questionnaire for themselves too, assessing their own performance. Ideally the whole process should be anonymous and the feedback presented to the recipient by a skilled coach.
